Design - We offer complete design service. We can duplicate your sample or film with extreme accuracy with our digitizer if a drawing is not available. We can also custom design a part to fit a particular need. We have a plotter/sample maker, which can generate full scale plots to use for stripping films, for using as a quality check or to make samples for customer approval. If you have your own design department you can send your files via email with your design on it. Sending a file saves you money and speeds up turnaround.

Laser - All our die boards are Laser cut in house. In addition to producing very close tolerance dies, the laser also ensures absolute consistency from one cavity to another on a multiple up dies. If you make your own dies in house, we can burn boards from your files and usually ship the same day using the material of your choice such as: Maple, Birch, Lexan, and Rayform, in a variety of thicknesses.
