We have the ability to solve any customer or potential customer's problems while still keeping that comfortable "small company" feel with all our clients.

Mike - Started with us part time in our rubbering/packaging department while he was still in high school here in Slinger. He is now our design manager and is primary on running the laser. If that isn’t enough, he also helps Mark with sales, quotes and any customer service issue. Mike enjoys riding his Harley and spending time with his two young daughters.

Darryl - With 30 years experience in diemaking there isn’t anything in the die industry that Darryl hasn't seen or done. He is probably (although he’s too nice to say it) one of the most skilled diemakers in the country. He is a patient teacher and can fix just about anything that is broken around the shop. He is married and has 2 young boys that keep him busy. Darryl's two boys keep him busy as well as his two Golden Retrievers, Ted & Harley.

Jeff - Jeff has 28 years experience in all aspects of die-making. He can design, run the laser, quote, as well as being extremely skilled in knifing dies. He, too, has seen almost everything and can advise customers on the best way to handle any die-cutting challenge. Jeff has had ideas that have improved quality as well as efficiency. He just really is integral in helping keep things running smooth around here. Jeff is married with 3 children that are active in sports just like he is. His dog, Gracie, also makes occasional appearances.

Josh - Josh is another of our multi-faceted team. He is a full-time diemaker as well as a laser operator and backup for our rubbering & shipping department. If that wasn't enough, he has also been training in our design area. Josh truly cares about a quality product, from a perfect 'burn' on the laser and all the way through the diemaking process. He enjoys hunting & fishing and is an excellent cook!

Mike T - Mike may be new to Amark but you would never know it. He is a skilled diemaker with many years of die making experience. His warm smile and sense of humor have enabled him to fit right in with the team as if he has been here for years!

Mark - Mark is the president and has 18 years in the industry in Sales/Customer Service. His knowledge and experience in the entire die-cutting process enables him to consult and advise our customers on difficult jobs. He believes in a partnership relationship with our customers. He wants to learn everything he can about your die-cutting processes so that we can anticipate your needs. He enjoys getting to know people on a personal level. He enjoys working out, detailing cars and pheasant hunting with his golden retriever, Sady.

Tammy - Tammy will most likely be the friendly voice greeting your call. She enjoys entering orders and working with customers. She is also responsible for our computer and phone system and all accounting and financial responsibilities. She loves walking, reading and spending time with family whenever possible.

Sady - Sady is our full time social director. Her first responsibility each day is to greet each employee enthusiastically. Because of the high energy required in her job position she has contracted for several naps in the corner of Tammy's closet each day. She is also responsible for greeting each visitor, which she does happily, even if it means cutting one of her breaks short. She doesn't mind though as she takes her job duties very seriously.

Roxy - Roxy is our resident fitness director. She is a German Shorthair Pointer. Her high energy and love of the outdoors forces her to engage the attention of anyone willing (or not) to go play outside on a regular basis.
